I take a whole-body approach to healing that blends nutrition, lifestyle, and movement to help you feel energized, balanced, and fully in charge of your health.
I wasn’t always a nutritionist.
My story actually started in med school with a white coat, stethoscope, and a plan to become a doctor. But during my first year, my own health started to unravel. I was bloated, exhausted, anxious, constantly inflamed, and no one had answers beyond, “You’re just stressed.”
But deep down, I knew something deeper was going on.

That’s when I started looking into root-cause medicine and the power of nutrition.
Eventually, I discovered I had sky-high cortisol, SIBO, was pre-diabetic, and my hormones were completely out of balance. It was the wake-up call I didn’t know I needed — not just to take back my own health, but to reevaluate how I wanted to help others do the same.
I left med school and stepped into the world of functional health. Since then, I’ve made it my mission to help women who are doing all the “right” things but still feel like something is off– just like how I felt at the beginning of my journey.
I love seeing women reconnect with their bodies, reclaim their energy, and finally feel like themselves again. That moment when the bloating stops, the brain fog lifts, and they can look in the mirror and feel like, “Oh — there I am.”
That’s what this is about.

Who I Help & How I Work
I work with high-achieving women of all ages who are ready for change — the ones who do it all, but are quietly running on empty.
They’re smart, driven, and already doing so many of the “right” things — eating clean, working out, drinking the green smoothies. But what used to work in their 20s just isn’t cutting it anymore. Now, they’re waking up bloated, inflamed, foggy, and exhausted by midday — and no amount of willpower seems to help. The “just try harder” advice only adds to the frustration.
The truth is — feeling and looking good in your body isn’t about chasing the next trend or cutting more calories. It’s about restoring balance at the root level.
My approach is rooted in science, personalized for your body, and focused on long-term vitality. We start with the foundations — nutrient-dense food, hydration, quality sleep, movement, and nervous system regulation — then we go deeper. Using functional lab testing, we uncover what’s really driving your symptoms: hormone imbalances, gut dysfunction, blood sugar instability, inflammation, or something else your body’s been trying to tell you.
I don’t just help you get your energy back — I help you get your power back.
Because when you heal your body, everything else begins to shift. You set boundaries. You make clearer decisions. You feel confident in your skin again. You stop surviving — and start thriving.

I LIVE IN SPAIN! I’m originally from Ohio, but moved here three years ago after marrying my husband. The Mediterranean lifestyle — real food, slow living, time in nature — has reshaped how I approach wellness and life.
COMFORT FOOD?
ITALIAN ALWAYS.
Pizza or pasta is my happy place. But for a healthy indulgence? Medjool dates with almond butter are my go-to.
WHEN LIFE GETS HECTIC? MY MORNING ROUTINE IS EVERYTHING. Breathwork, meditation, and movement set the tone — but some days, grace looks like a nourishing meal and a full water bottle.
